Annecy Centre Historique Apartment

Set in a historic building in the pedestrianised heart of Annecy's Old Town, just a few steps from the lake, this exceptional 165 sqm apartment feels more like a private museum than a holiday rental. Decorated with luxury and refinement in the spirit of the famous Les Airelles palace in Courchevel, it is one of the most distinctive places to stay in central Annecy.

Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families, friends, or small groups who want space, style, and a location that puts the canals, cafes, markets, and lakefront on the doorstep. Each bedroom has its own dressing room, and with 3 bathrooms (two double beds and two single beds in total), everyone gets comfort and privacy. Living spaces include a large living room, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook in or head out to Annecy's restaurants.

Comfort is covered throughout, with air conditioning, a lift, Wi-Fi, cable and satellite TV, and a private washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Parking is included in a private garage, a real advantage in a car-free historic centre, and bed linen, towels, and departure cleaning are all part of the stay. The apartment is available all year round, whether for a summer on the lake or a winter city break.

Annecy Old Town is a charming mix of cobbled streets, colourful buildings, and canals that give it a unique, almost fairytale-like feel. It’s perfect for wandering, shopping, and enjoying delicious local food in one of the many cafés. Whether you’re staying in a cosy Annecy Old Town hotel or a stylish Annecy Old Town villa, you’ll be right in the heart of the action. Our Annecy Old Town package holidays offer a fantastic way to experience the rich history, culture, and lively atmosphere of this beautiful lakeside city.
